Blaase is amazing! The food is incredible, cocktails are top-notch (their picante is the best ever), and the vibe is unbeatable. The staff are the friendliest and always make you feel welcome. They’re always bringing something new, easily one of the best spots around!

Blaasé in central city open from 11 AM to 12 AM, with outdoor seating, takeaway, and delivery options. It has cozy & relaxing atmosphere with nice music and an option of sitting indoors with high cooling or enjoying beautiful outdoor seating area surrounded by nature. I like how it has dreamy and breezy decor with captivating lighting. Separate small halls offer great choice for kitty parties or small get together. Washrooms stole the show for me. Neat and tidy to the point. Menu offers International cuisine with many contemporary and vegetarian options. We ordered avocado tacos which were super yummy. Vegetarian noodles had the perfect amount of noodles and veggies nicely done. Tiramisu cake could be better tasting. At busy hours they provide attentive service with a focus on customer satisfaction but quite lost when it’s less busy hours. I would love to come again so you must check it out for a date too.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Blasse in Ludhiana. The ambience was fantastic, and the menu offered a wide variety of Asian, Indian, and American dishes to choose from. The service was top-notch, earning an A+ in my book. I highly recommend Blasse for anyone looking for an upscale dining experience.

Food is nice, and the flavors are definitely on point. I've tried a few different dishes, and each one has been a pleasant surprise. It's a good place to grab a meal with friends or family. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is quite inviting.

The place looks beautiful as the sun goes down and just wait for the lights to turn on. Cream crowd is witnessed here. Food quality is good but a bit expensive. Good venue for photo junkies. Even their washroom theme is damn good. Was charged with optional Service Charge of around 9% on the bill but on asking for removal of the same the staff easily removed the charges. So, they know how to hold their customers as well. Overall it was a good experience. Food for one person will cost around 750-950. One of the rarest charming ambience you’ll see in Ludhiana.

It’s more of hype, poor service & taste of food is just okay. They should have well-trained staff for hospitality to maintain the hype of this place. Ambience is good, open sitting area is not well air conditioned, the air coolers will mess your hair completely !!
